Do you work with startups and early-stage companies?

Absolutely! We have extensive experience with startups and high-growth companies. We offer startup-friendly pricing packages and understand the unique challenges of early-stage businesses - from entity selection to fundraising preparation to R&D tax credits. Many of our startup clients have grown into multi-million euro businesses while staying with us.

What's your typical response time?

We pride ourselves on responsiveness. Urgent matters receive same-day attention. Routine questions are typically answered within 4 business hours. Complex inquiries requiring research are acknowledged immediately with a timeline for a complete response. You'll have direct email and phone access to your dedicated partner - not just junior staff.

Do you offer fixed-fee pricing or just hourly billing?

We strongly prefer fixed-fee arrangements for recurring services (tax prep, bookkeeping, audits) because it provides clarity and predictability. You'll know exactly what you're paying upfront. For project-based advisory work, we typically provide fixed-fee proposals based on scope. Hourly billing is available for ad-hoc consulting but is rarely our first choice.

Can you help with international tax matters?

Yes, international tax is one of our core specialties. We regularly handle cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, tax treaties, expat taxation, and multi-country corporate structures. Luxembourg's position as an international business hub means many of our clients have complex international tax needs, and we have the expertise to navigate them.
